Grammys Best New Artist Victoria Monet

We couldn’t be happier for Victoria Monét … Officially a 2024 Grammy winner.

The breakout bisexual singer/songwriter had a huge 2023 with the release of her debut album Jaguar II, and now she’s followed it up by winning the Grammy Award for Best New Artist at the 2024 Grammys, as. well as two other awards.

In her speech for Best New Artist, she said, “To everybody who has a dream, I want you to look at this as evidence. This award was a 15-year pursuit.”

Monét was up for a total of seven nominations at tonight’s ceremony, and was previously nominated for three Grammys for her work as a songwriter on Ariana Grande’s Thank U, Next, and Chloe x Halle’s “Do It.”
